THE REPORT

How It Works - Report Process.

1. Initial Consultation

Each client is given a questionnaire followed up with a phone consultation. This helps us to listen to what a client is seeking with their purchase, management or sale of a rural property and to understand their circumstances, plans, preferences, priorities, visions, budget, skills, challenges and so on.

2. Property Inspection

After getting consent from an owner / agent, one of our LKR consulting assessors will visit the property for a comprehensive survey inspection. This does not cover or require access to the house and inside of dwellings but will need broader property access.

3. Digital & Print Copies

Depending on which service has been commissioned, once a multi-media report has been finalised we will provide each client with a printed hard copy and a digital copy.

4. Photographs

A range of photos will be taken during our assessment to provide visual references of many aspects of the property and report content. Photos will be provided to you in digital form, in the report and available online.

5. Video

Video, sometimes with aerial drone footage and often narrated to make reference to locations, features etc will further compliment and support the LK Report and be available online.

6. Report Review

The LK Report will be collated, prepared and ready for review in approximately 2-5 business days. An optional zoom / phone call meeting for a review-session with one of our consultants can then answer any questions in real-time.
