    This includes a summary of the location, geography, topography, buildings, infrastructure, onsite resources, assets, features, obstacles, challenges and general property details

  • Climate & Land Patterns

    Climate summary including seasonal sun angles, shade, rainfall, and wind patterns. Also includes flood and fire risk evaluation, mitigation, and prevention planning.

  • Gardens & Cultivated Areas

    Feedback on any existing gardens, fruit trees, edible and medicinal plants, botanical resources, soil types and quality, presence of noxious weeds and a summary of potential expansion of gardens, food production, farming and horticultural activities.

  • Infrastructure & Maintenance

    Current state of fencing, roads, erosion, drainage, pumps, machinery and general infrastructure. Provide an insight into maintenance loads, equipment needs, potential challenges, improvements and ongoing management strategies.

  • Live-stock & Local Ecology

    An evaluation of ethical animal husbandry and livestock potential including fencing, pasture and water quality/supply issues. Identifying the presence and seasonal pattern of native and non-native animals, snakes, ticks, flies and mosquitos, general ecological health, contaminant risk & more

  • Energy & Water

    Overview of existing and potential water supplies, harvesting, storage, piping, and distribution. Covers waste-water management including grey and black water. Existing and potential mains and renewable energy systems such as solar, wind, micro-hydro and other environmental technology solutions.

  • Income Generation

    Advice surrounding potential on-site guest accommodation, farming and business activity options.

  • Resources

    Identifying onsite resources, assets, botanical foods, medicines, bio-fuels etc
